Legend - Reason for Status
Created | The customer opened a call on the Pentare portal. No interaction occurred. |
---|---|
Support Queue | The call was directed to the support queue of specialists in the area indicated in the call. |
In Attendance | The analyst is attending to the call. |
Waiting for Information | The analyst reported a doubt/question to the user (customer) and is waiting for a return to proceed with the attendance. |
Correction/Adjustment | The functional/technical analyst is preparing a scenario or correction or adjustment in the environment to proceed with the attendance. |
Commercial Negotiation | The call was directed to the Projects area and is in commercial negotiation (Commercial proposal in preparation or pending approval). |
Approve Solution | The analyst published the solution for the problem in a staging environment and is waiting for the user's (customer's) validation to proceed with the correction in the Production environment. |
Microsoft Analysis | The call was escalated to Microsoft engineers. |
Customer Response | The customer posted a new message on the support portal and the call is pending analysis by Pentare. |
Waiting for Closure | The solution for the problem was presented and/or the correction has already been published in Production. Waiting for the user's (customer's) acceptance to close the call. |
