    Legend - Reason for Status

    Created The customer opened a call on the Pentare portal. No interaction occurred.
    Support Queue The call was directed to the support queue of specialists in the area indicated in the call.
    In Attendance The analyst is attending to the call.
    Waiting for Information The analyst reported a doubt/question to the user (customer) and is waiting for a return to proceed with the attendance.
    Correction/Adjustment The functional/technical analyst is preparing a scenario or correction or adjustment in the environment to proceed with the attendance.
    Commercial Negotiation The call was directed to the Projects area and is in commercial negotiation (Commercial proposal in preparation or pending approval).
    Approve Solution The analyst published the solution for the problem in a staging environment and is waiting for the user's (customer's) validation to proceed with the correction in the Production environment.
    Microsoft Analysis The call was escalated to Microsoft engineers.
    Customer Response The customer posted a new message on the support portal and the call is pending analysis by Pentare.
    Waiting for Closure The solution for the problem was presented and/or the correction has already been published in Production. Waiting for the user's (customer's) acceptance to close the call.
